AT LANCER3D, WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH HIGH-QUALITY 3D PRINTING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE ARE HERE TO ASSIST YOU WITH OUR RETURN POLICY.
1. RETURNS
– YOU HAVE A 14-DAY WINDOW FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM LANCER3D.
– TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS INTACT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNALTERED, AND UNOPENED CONDITION.
– TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 01014292919 DURING OUR WORKING HOURS, WHICH ARE FROM SATURDAY TO THURSDAY, 12 PM TO 7 PM, TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
2. REFUNDS
– ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.– IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND AND INFORM YOU ABOUT THE TIME FRAME AND METHOD.
THE TIMING OF THE REFUND MAY VARY, BUT WE WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO COMPLETE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

3. EXCHANGES
