- Exceptional Adhesion: Print directly on the frosted PEI surface without the need for tape or glue, saving time and filament. Excellent adhesion is achieved at around 60°C, allowing hassle-free printing on both sides of the build plate.
- Effortless Model Removal: The PEI material ensures stability, while the spring steel sheet provides flexibility and high flatness. Models detach easily as the bed cools to room temperature. If necessary, gently bend the plate to remove prints without scratching or prying.
- Simple Installation & Professional Support: Simply place the build plate with positioning holes onto the 3D printer’s heated bed. The coating, applied using a high-temperature spraying process, ensures durability. Please note that this build plate does not come with a magnetic base.
