- Superior Adhesion: Enables direct printing on the frosted PEI surface without the need for tape or glue, saving time and filament. Excellent adhesion is achieved at a heated bed temperature of around 60°C. Both sides can be used without additional adhesives.
- Easy Print Removal: The PEI material provides stability, while the spring steel sheet offers flexibility and flatness. Prints detach easily as the bed cools to room temperature. If still stuck, gently bend the plate for effortless removal without scratching or prying.
- Simple Installation and Reliable Support: Simply place the double-sided plate with positioning holes on the 3D printer’s heated bed.
