Exchange/Return Policy

Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the devices are in their original packaging and unused. However, damaged products or items that are not in their original packaging with the original labels attached are not eligible for return or exchange. We process refunds via Instapay, or any electronic wallet, or bank accounts once we receive the package. Returns can take up to 14 business days to be processed. Customers can exchange each device only once – once a device is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Fees

Returns and exchanges incur a fee of 200 EGP – consider it like a parking receipt at the mall. This fee includes the pickup from the return location and packaging, in addition to delivery and preparing the device again. If the returned product is missing any accessories, an additional fee of 80 EGP will be applied.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: printers, CNC machines, printer accessories, power cables, electronic parts, or any device that has been visibly used.

Quality Guarantee

Our quality control ensures high-quality products close to perfection, although occasional mistakes may happen. If you receive a defective device, you are entitled to an immediate return or exchange at no additional cost!

For Your Health and Ours

All our products are considered sensitive, so we would greatly appreciate it if you request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure everyone’s cleanliness and safety. Note: We love opening packages dramatically – but for your safety (and ours), packages cannot be opened at the door. This is a strict policy, not just a mood test.
