eSUN ePA
High-Toughness Nylon Filament for Functional and Industrial Parts
eSUN ePA Natural is a high-performance nylon filament developed from a PA6/66 copolymer, combining excellent toughness, impact resistance, wear resistance, and printability. Its self-lubricating properties make it particularly suitable for producing gears, bushings, and other moving mechanical components.
With an elongation at break of up to 175%, ePA can withstand repeated stress and impacts without cracking, making it ideal for durable functional parts and engineering applications. Compared to conventional nylon materials, it exhibits low shrinkage and improved dimensional stability, reducing the risk of warping and cracking during printing.

Important Notes
Nylon is highly hygroscopic and readily absorbs moisture from the air. For optimal print quality and mechanical performance, dry the filament at 70°C for at least 12 hours before printing and print directly from a sealed dry box whenever possible.
eSUN ePA delivers an excellent balance of strength, toughness, wear resistance, and ease of printing, making it an ideal choice for demanding engineering and industrial applications.
