Glow-in-the-Dark PLA for Creative 3D Printing

eSUN Luminous PLA is a specialty filament developed from modified PLA material that retains the easy printability and user-friendly characteristics of standard PLA while adding a unique glow-in-the-dark effect. After absorbing light from sunlight or artificial sources, printed models emit a bright luminescent glow in low-light environments, making them ideal for decorative, educational, and creative applications.

Designed to enhance both aesthetics and functionality, eSUN Luminous PLA produces eye-catching glowing prints that stand out in dark environments. Whether used for signs, decorative objects, toys, cosplay accessories, artistic models, or novelty gifts, the luminous effect adds an extra dimension of creativity and visual appeal.

Easy to Print with Reliable Performance

Based on modified PLA material, eSUN Luminous PLA maintains excellent printability and consistent extrusion. It offers strong layer adhesion, low warping, and smooth printing performance, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced makers. The filament delivers detailed prints with reliable dimensional stability across a wide range of FDM 3D printers.

Strong Mechanical Properties

In addition to its visual appeal, eSUN Luminous PLA provides good strength and rigidity for everyday printing applications. With a tensile strength of 72 MPa and flexural strength of 90 MPa, it is capable of producing durable models while maintaining the ease of use that PLA is known for.

Wide Printer Compatibility

Manufactured with a precise 1.75mm diameter, eSUN Luminous PLA is compatible with most FDM 3D printers. Recommended printing temperatures range from 210–230°C with a bed temperature of 45–60°C. A heated bed is optional, making setup simple and accessible for a wide variety of printing systems.
